As the PardoFood family, we are proud to be one of the leading teams in Turkey's food retail, with our deep experience accumulated in the food and beverage industry for more than 25 years and the strength of having successfully managed the opening of more than 300 cafes and restaurants.

Our brands, which we designed within PardoFood by identifying social needs with our multi-layered analysis, appeal to a wide audience not only in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, but all over Anatolia. We aim to offer not only flavor but also quality service and unique experiences.

Doyuyo, which we opened in 2019, offers the most popular cuisines in Turkey, such as fried chicken and burgers, with a fast casual approach and table service. With its innovative concept, Doyuyo has gained a unique place in both local and global arena. In 2022, our expansion, which started with the opening of our Doyuyo restaurant in Dubai Global Village, enabled us to strategically position our Doyuyo and Carmelo Coffee brands in the Middle East, Russia and European markets. We are currently planning to open in one of the world's most prestigious shopping centers such as Dubai Mall in the last quarter of 2023, which will include both of our brands.

We constantly strengthen our investments with the strategies we identified to realize our vision. We are placing the PardoFood structure on an even stronger foundation with the innovations in our own production facilities, like Pan Artisan, where we produce bread for Doyuyo and other leading chain brands, as well as our gourmet sauces, crispy chicken coatings and hamburger meats.

In this exciting process, with our human resources investments in our employees, our most valuable asset, we are building our team from the industry's leading experts and continuously developing them in line with our philosophy of taste, quality and authenticity.

Our Journey

PardoFood was established with the gathering of partners with years of experience in the food industry. The first brand of the team, Tavuk Dünyası/Gagava was implemented. Gaining great acclaim in a short time, the brand opened 17 restaurants at the end of 2012, and reached 60 branches in 2016.

Tavuk Dünyası crowned its flavor journey with 140 branches and this great success attracted the attention of Mediterra Capital, which acquired the brand. At the same time, PardoFood continued its commitment to innovation and launched Carmelo Coffee, a new brand that will revolutionize the coffee world.

Taking another innovative step, PardoFood has taken its expertise in the food sector to a different dimension. Known for its unique flavors and extraordinary concepts, the company reinforced its innovative identity in the sector.

PardoFood’s innovative spirit has once again shown itself with the establishment of Pan Artisan. Established to produce special burger and sandwich buns for the Doyuyo brand, Pan Artisan has begun to serve many prestigious food brands as well as Doyuyo.

Doyuyo which is on its way to becoming a global phenomenon, took the first step of its international expansion with the opening of a restaurant in Global Village in Dubai, the pearl of the UAE. This move proved that the brand is on its way to becoming an assertive player in the international arena.

Doyuyo aims to open 41 restaurants across Turkey and 2 in Dubai by the end of 2023, thus planning to bring its flavors to a wider audience. On the other hand, Carmelo Coffee continues its growth targets and, in addition to reaching 12 branches in Turkey, is starting to make a name for itself in the international arena by opening its first branches in the Dubai and Russian markets.

Having reached 50 branches in 2024, Doyuyo aims to open 50 more branches by the end of 2025 and introduce Doyuyo flavors to the whole of Turkey with a total of 100 branches.

Doyuyo opened its first restaurant in İstanbul in 2019. Thanks to its dynamic infrastructure that enabled its rapid growth, it reached 10 branches in 3 months.

According to professional tasting and brand research test results, Doyuyo is defined as an irresistible brand of “pleasure”. Beacuse at Doyuyo, instead of fried chicken, which is prepared fast and consumed quickly, we make delicious crispy chicken that we marinate, sauce and fry with our own coating with recipes inspired by South American cuisine.

After 3.5 years of R&D work, Pan Artisan was founded in 2021 with a production facility with a closed area of 2,000 m2 to meet the needs of food businesses in Turkey for good quality burger and sandwich buns.

At Doyuyo, we can define our goal as creating a dealer network that “prioritizes quality over quantity”.

We are working with an average of 40 investor partners to realize 100 Doyuyo restaurants that will be located at effective points in main arteries and shopping centers, and to establish a strong restaurant network system with our prestigious and competent investor partners.

In this process, our priority is to grow our brand while creating profitable investments for our investors in effective sales points with high turnover potential.
